This Privacy Policy explains how Relei Studio FZ-LLC (“Relei Studio”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. We keep data collection to a minimum and we never sell it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you actively give us:

• Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any project details, service, or budget you choose to share.
• Bookings. If you book a call, scheduling is handled through Google Calendar and is subject to Google’s privacy practices.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To schedule and hold calls you request.
• To keep records of our correspondence with you.

Service providers

A few trusted third parties process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
• Google — website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and call scheduling (Google Calendar). Hosting server logs may include your IP address for security and reliability.
• Fontshare & Google Fonts — deliver the typefaces used on this site; loading them may expose your IP address to those providers.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@relei.studio and we’ll action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) or the EU/UK GDPR.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
